EPODEX – Hardener (without Resin)

The hardener B-component must be mixed with the resin A-component before use. The Epoxy Systems, consisting of resin and hardener, are suitable pre a wide range of applications such as civil, electrical and mechanical engineering. It is a classic coating, laminating and repairing epoxy resin. It can be used as casting resin in layers up to 10cm thick. Coat your floors, table tops and other objects. Our EPODEX Epoxy System are miscible with all our colour pigments.

Návod na použitie

1. Vždy začnite primerom základným náterom z epoxidovej živice, aby ste zabránili veľkým stratám materiálu a tvorbe pľuzgierov (hrúbka vrstvy: 0,2-0,5mm). Na tento účel jednoducho použite časť rovnakej bezfarebnej epoxidovej živice (na základný náter podláh a iných farebných podkladov odporúčame použiť náš systém EPOXY PRIMER na báze epoxidovej živice na vodnej báze).
2. Mix te resin A-component with the hardener B-component in a ratio of 2:1 (e.g. 2kg resin: 1kg hardener).
3. Miešajte cez okraj a dno miešacej nádoby, pretože materiál sa tam usadzuje. V ideálnom prípade prelejte do čistej miešacej nádoby a znova premiešajte, kým zmes nebude bez šmúh. Tým sa zabezpečí, že sa živica (zložka A) a tužidlo (zložka B) úplne premiešajú.
4. Zmes živice a tužidla vylejte na povrch, ktorý sa má natrieť, ihneď after mixing, as the product can start to boil in the mixing cup.
5. Paint the epoxy primer with a paint roller or brush on the desired surface. Let the primer cure.
6. Continue with the hlavný nátering in the same way. If you select a colour on this product page, you will receive dyes or colour pigments in addition to the resin and hardener.
7. To colour the hlavný nátering, mix the supplied colour with the resin A-component or with the resin-hardener mixture. Adjust the colour intensity individually by adding more or less colour pigment.

Informácie: Epoxidová živica je citlivá na akúkoľvek vlhkosť počas vytvrdzovania (riziko vzniku aminového červenania, t. j. bielych škvŕn vo vrchnej vrstve).Z tohto dôvodu odporúčame vyhýbať sa akémukoľvek kontaktu vody s epoxidovou živicou až do jej úplného vytvrdnutia (minimálne 7 dní). V prípade tenkých vrstiev, nízkych teplôt (teplota okolia, podkladu a živice pod 20°C) a zvýšenej vlhkosti sa môže čas do úplného vytvrdnutia epoxidovej živice predĺžiť.

Odporúčané hrúbky pri natieraní podláh a iných povrchov

• Celkový náter (základný náter + hlavný náter): približne 1,65-2,20kg/m² pri hrúbke vrstvy 1,5-2mm
• Základný náter: približne 0,22-0,55kg/m² pre hrúbku vrstvy 0,2-0,5mm
• Hlavná vrstva: približne 1,10-1,65kg/m² pri hrúbke vrstvy 1-1,5mm

Odporúčané množstvo farbiva na 1kg živice + tužidla:

• Práškové pigmenty (metalické, neónové a svietiace v tme): 1,5% (15g),
• Priehľadné farby (okrem bielej, čiernej a sivej): 60 kvapiek (1,8g),
• Priehľadné biele, čierne a sivé farbivá: 20 kvapiek farbiva (0,6g),
• Polopriehľadné farbivá (okrem bielej): 40 kvapiek (1,2g) požadovanej farby a 20 kvapiek (0,6g) bieleho farbiva,
• Polopriehľadná biela: 60 kvapiek bieleho farbiva (1,8g),
• RAL jednofarebná: 1% (10g),
• Trblietavé pigmenty: 1% (10g)
