CONCRETE PAINT 2K Hardener (without resin)

The CONCRETE PAINT 2K hardener (B-component) is mixed with the CONCRETE PAINT 2K resin (A-component). Both components together form the CONCRETE PAINT 2K epoxy resin system.
System CONCRETE PAINT 2K is used as a surface tmel. This system is suitable pre various indoor and covered outdoor applications.

• Plaster Paint
• Stone Paint

Consumption volume: 200-250g/m² per coat. Depending on the substrate, 1kg should be sufficient to paint one coat of paint on približne 5m². We recommend applying ca. 2 coats. We recommend applying a suitable primer (e.g. undercoat) on very porous substrates in order to minimize the absorption of CONCRETE PAINT.

Návod na použitie

1. Teplota miestnosti, podkladu a farby musí byť minimálne +15°C.
2. Uistite sa, že podklad je čistý, suchý a zbavený všetkých látok, ktoré by mohli zabrániť priľnavosti farby.
3. Zmiešajte zložku živice A so zložkou tužidla B v hmotnostnom pomere 5:1 (napr. 5kg zložky živice A k 1kg zložky tužidla B). Prípadne sa zmes môže zriediť pridaním 20% vody.
4. To dye the mixture, add approximately 5% WB PIGMENT pigment paste to it. (e.g. 300g colour pre 6kg CONCRETE PAINT 2K)
5. Miešajte cez okraj a dno miešacej nádoby, pretože materiál sa tam usadzuje. V ideálnom prípade prelejte do čistej miešacej nádoby a znova premiešajte, kým zmes nebude bez šmúh. Tým sa zabezpečí, že sa živica (zložka A) a tužidlo (zložka B) úplne premiešajú.
6. Aby ste zabránili príliš rýchlemu zhustnutiu farby, nalejte zmes do zásobníka na farbu ihneď po zmiešaní.
7. Apply the paint to the desired surface using a foam roller. We recommend applying the paint in layers of about 0,2-0,3 mm. It is recommended to apply at least 2 coats. Processing time/pot life at 20°C: približne 60 minutes, at 30°C: približne 30 minutes.
8. Pred nanesením druhej vrstvy počkajte aspoň 12-48 hodín.
9. Povlak nechajte schnúť a tvrdnúť približne 20 hodín. Čas vytvrdzovania závisí od teploty miestnosti, materiálu a podkladu.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water pre several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Dispose of contents/container to in accordance with local/regional/international regulations.
