By participating in the competition, the participant expressly and bindingly accepts the conditions of participation.
By uploading the pictures/videos, the participant assures and guarantees that he/she is the unrestricted owner of the rights to the uploaded pictures/videos. Furthermore, he/she agrees that the uploaded pictures/videos may be published online, e.g. on the EPODEX websites, www.epodex.com, www.epodex.us, as well as other EPODEX sites. He/she agrees that the images/videos may be used on social networks and websites (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok etc.) as well as on all print media and digital media. All images may be altered beforehand by image editing.
He/she agrees that all information about the person, the products used and the experience values, as well as the pictures/videos provided, may be used for product reviews, etc. on the EPODEX websites.
The publication is unlimited in time and quantity. The consent shall continue to exist if the responsible operator (EPODEX GmbH) becomes active in another legal form or in the form of another company. The operator responsible for the above-mentioned website shall not be liable for unauthorised and improper use by third parties.
