Make Your Own Epoxy Lamp with EPODEX

You should only use high-quality epoxy resin when building a resin lamp. This way, you can be sure that it will last a long time. Depending on the lamp’s size, you can either use EPODEX PRO or EPODEX PRO+. The former is the best choice for smaller lamps, the latter is ideally suited for big floor lamps. Both products are crystal clear, offer the highest possible UV stability and are compatible with a wide range of other materials such as wood, plastics, metal or stone.

Epoxy resin is not heat-resistant. Therefore, the bulb of your resin lamp must be mounted at a sufficient distance from the epoxy resin. And please make sure that the resin has cured completely before you switch it on.

Buy an Epoxy Resin Lamp

You will hardly find a resin lamp in local retail, but you can order them online. Many craftsmen build them on demand. If you would like to take advantage of such an offer, you best ask in advance, which resin will be used to build the lamp. Not every kind of resin is suited for resin lamps. Poor-quality resin often yellows or discolours quickly.

This will not occur with EPODEX’s resin kits!
