What is Epoxy Resin?

During processing, it is liquid at first, then becomes gel-like, and cures after. Depending on the system, this reaction takes shorter or longer, which also affects the possible applications. The cross-linking can alos fail if the air humidity is too high or if the material is contaminated with other substances.
